Superbike world championship to be conducted in India
The popular World SuperBike Championship has been trying to come and connect to the India platform for quite some time, would finally be conducted in 2017. It has been reported by BikeIndia, the name of the championship is called Dorna, would be displayed at the Budh International Circuit in the year 2017.
Now, good news for the Bike fanatics. The thrill to drive this magical vehicle, with breeze buzzing on one’s self, while passing through, speeding on like it’s never going to come back this feeling only a bike rider would relate to. The popular World SuperBike Championship has been trying to come and connect to the India platform for quite some time, would finally be conducted in 2017.
It has been reported by BikeIndia, the name of the championship is called Dorna, would be displayed at the Budh International Circuit in the year 2017. This Race in India, has been awaited for long, and there were talks on it since 2013, but there were hurdles like taxes, customs restrictions etc. but with the current Govt. that aims to globalize our country, things are streamlined now.
The WBSK races are the most looked upon and refined races all across the globe. There is a great competition seen on this kind of race, with the use of the street legal motorcycles that really connect with the usual regular people in the market. Budh International circuit has already witnessed Formula1 races earlier for three seasons in a row. But due to the custom regularities, the races had been cancelled and the circuit is just been used for a few local races, or some events.
But with the WBSK it would come back to life again, giving another mark of success to India as well. The rules that now formed, would consider the motor sports as a proper sport and not just pure entertainment.
