Steelbird set up new plant in Rajasthan with 100cr

In been ages, whenever a safe helmet is thought about, Steelbird come in mind, as the first and the best choice of thousands of people riding their bikes and scooters in India. So, indeed for the helmet maker, has a plan to invest 100 CR. In order to set up a new manufacturing unit, in Tapukara, Rajasthan.

 

The unit is set up to increase eth production for sure, right now is in the initial set up stage, and it’s expected to be out and running within the next two years time. The brand has its headquarters in the capital, and currently is managing its sales from two of its units, located in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, but now they goal to expand and each more in numbers to grab the control in the market.

 

Mr. Rajeev kapur, the MD of Steelbird, was found reporting that this new unit would be the largest manufacturing units in the world, for helmets, with a capacity to initially produce 10,000 units per day and has a goal to reach up to 50,000 helmets in a day at a later stage.

 

 

The 100Cr. Investment is like the first step in the path, later more money would be pooled in as per the requirement would increase as well. The land for the set up has been signed, and the production should commence within the next two years. As the motor bikes, two wheelers, scooters are all becoming a necessary item for each house hold in India, the demand for helmets is also going up, in future, if would be required to pull out around a 100 million units each year.

 

so this plant would make us equipped enough to meet and deal with the future demand in the market well in time.
