2014 Hyosung Aquila GV250 expected to be launched at Delhi Motor Show

On 7th February 2014 Hyosung Aquila GV250 is going to launch in Auto Expo 2014 at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida. Hyosung is a South Korean road cruiser maker. This bike is believed to be a sibling of company’s high powered GV65O Aquila Pro.
Hyosung Aquila GV250 is a cruiser bike with low handle bar built around classic styling. This bike equipped with powerful 250 CC V-twin DOHC 8 valve engine to deliver a smooth and confident ride. This engine can churns out the power of 28.5bhp and torque of upto 22Nm. The 250cc v-twin includes roller bearing cam shafts, 2 piece spring dampened bevel primary drive gears, and dual squelch combustion chamber. Previously these features were used only to racing engines and it was not economical to equipped into smaller capacity engines.
Overall length of Hyosung Aquila GV250 is 2281mm with a 1,515mm long wheelbase. Fuel tank capacity of this bike is 14litre. The bike will be available in different colors, namely yellow black, silver black, 8 ball black and red black, customers would also get the optional accessories like backrest, saddlebags, wind-shield, center stand kit, fog lamps, accessory muffler and rear luggage rack.
Earlier Hyosung has entered in the Domestic market in 2003 with the brand name Kinetic, but was not quite successful. Now Hyosung has done collaboration with DSK and the bike will be brought through Completely Knocked Down (CKD) route. The expected price range would be Rs. 1.7 lakh to Rs. 2.3 lakh. Expecting that company will establish their presence this time.
