Tata Zest unveiled at Geneva Motor show
Tata Zest is powered by the 1.2-liter turbocharged petrol engine develops 85 PS at 5,000 rpm and 140 Nm of torque between 1,750-3,000 rpm and the 1.3-liter Quadrajet mill, sourced from Fiat, churns out 90 PS at 4,000 rpm and 200 Nm of torque range at 1,750 -3,000 rpm.
Tata Motors unveiled its all new compact sedan Tata Zest at the Geneva Motor show. This will be launched by the end of this year. Tata Zest is powered by the 1.2-liter turbocharged petrol engine develops 85 PS at 5,000 rpm and 140 Nm of torque between 1,750-3,000 rpm and the 1.3-liter Quadrajet mill, sourced from Fiat, churns out 90 PS at 4,000 rpm and 200 Nm of torque range at 1,750 -3,000 rpm.
The Zest was designed by the Tata Motors design studios in Pune, UK, Coventry and Turin, Italy, under the headship of Mr. Pratap Bose. On the interior profile, the Zest features a 5-inch touchscreen display enabled with various functions such as Bluetooth, smartphone integration, supporting phone enabled navigation, social media integration, touch phone controlled interface and in-built HVAC controls.
The petrol-powered Zest will comes up with 5-speed manual gearbox and the diesel gets a new F-Tronic 5-speed Automated Manual Transmission(AMT) gearbox, the same automated manual promised by Maruti Suzuki in its Upcoming Celerio.
