92nd European Motor Show 2014

The 92nd European Motor Show 2014 will be held from 15^th to 26^th January at Bruxelles. The Brussels, International Motors Show 2014 will be display the latest passenger cars and motorcycles, which organized by the Belgian Federation of the car and two-wheeler Industry (FEBIAC).

The Motor Show is opening, all days from Thursday the 16^th until Sunday 26^th January 2014, 10:00 AM to 19:00 PM and late-evening opening at Friday the 17^th, Monday the 20^th and Friday the 24^th of January 2014. Press day will start from the 14^th of January 2014 at car halls (8:00>18:00) and motorcycle halls (14:00 > 18:00).

• other groups : the 1st of July 2013

Stand space allotment

• groups 1 to 6 : as from the 1st of June 2013
• other groups : as from the 15th of September 2013

Derogation requests

• groups 1 to 6 : no later than the 15th of September 2013
• other groups : no later than the 15th of October 2013

Stand design plan

• groups 1 to 6 : no later than the 1st of October 2013
• other groups : no later than the 1st of November 2013

STAND BUILD-UP

Start of build-up works:

• halls 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and Patio : Monday 6th of January 2014 between 7:30AM and 9PM
• halls 1, 3 and Astrid Hall : Friday the 10th of January 2014 between 7:30AM and 9PM

End of build-up works:

All groups Monday the 13th of January 2014 before 23:00

STAND BREAKDOWN

• Closing of the Motor Show : Sunday the 26th of January 2014 at 19:00
• Evacuation of the vehicles (Groups 1,2 & 7,8) :  Sunday the 26th of January 2014 as from 19:00
• Stand breakdown of all halls : Sunday the 26th of January 2014 as from 9:30PM

Stand space clearance:

• halls 1, 3 and Astrid hall : Monday the 27th of January before 12PM
• halls 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and Patio : Tuesday the 28th of January 2014 before 12PM
