After the spread of the dangerous and fatal Zika Virus, the makers thought about making changes to the name in order to make a better entry in to the market all across the globe. There were three names offered for the car, namely Tiago, Adore and Civet, while the public was asked to vote for the most apt name for the forth coming hatchback. Interestingly the car got an opportunity to connect with the market, even before its launch. A good way to connect with the various buyers in the market, who would incessantly feel connected to the car, anyways.
This is the only problem the brand faced, while the car was called Zika, and that stopped the car to even participate at the Auto Expo 2016.
