Side Cladding spied Toyota Fortuner

A car fanatic, follower of MZ crazycars, clicked the spy shots revealing the side lineament of the next generation, Toyota Fortuner 2016. The shots were captured while the car has been testing on the streets in Thailand. The cameraman, has uploaded the pictures of the current and the new machines, in order to make the comparison quite clear.

 

There are a few features similar also present in the new machine, like the doors without any lines or creases, the big window panes, a sleek B-pillar, and king size wheel mounts, etc. The change is in the c-window that expand emerged in to the car, wrapping it around. The new Fortuner also has gained height and looks more erect in its presence than before. The new Hilux Revo 2016, would be rolled out on 21st May 2015 in Thailand itself.

 

 

The technical aspect, the base platform, and the pick-up seems to be shared with the current Fortuner that would be going for a global premiere in the month of July in Thailand. The new GD range of diesel units, house in the new Fortuner, that coke sin variants like a 2.4-2.8L four cylinder units, paired to a manual as well as automatic gear boxes. These engines are technically sound and designed to enhance the fuel economy and better force production. India, will have to wait until the next year though in order to get a glimpse on the roads, of this beast.
