Renault Kwid to be launched shortly price features bookings
Renault at present is one of the leading car maker rolling out products for the Indian roads for quite a while now, however this new car named the Renault Kwid, that would mark the brands entrance in the entry level segment. The alliance partner of the brand in the name of Nissan had rolled out the Datsun being the budget product back in the year 2013.
The Renault brand is all set to roll out the Kwid in this current month of August, 2015, carrying a price tag starting from INR 2.50-4.50 Lakhs. The company has not declared the information yet, but according to sources, we have a few exclusive details for our readers, oven fresh!

Now, as both the brand goes hand in hand, Renault is all dressed up to launch their KWID small car shortly.
The Renault KWID was showcased as a concept at the Auto Expo 2014, being a 5 seater, designed with a thoughtful hand by the maker from France, would be rolled out from their factory in Chennai.
The car is supposed to carry a localization level of at least 98 percent.

The Look of the Renault KWID:
The all new Renault KWID acquires a lot of similar layouts just like the Datsun Go, however wraps in body wraps, wheel arcs gatherers and the over-all front inclined design to look more athletic. The grille looks much swept back in a honeycomb design. It acquires a fender at the fore that widens and that space would be replaced by fog lamps in higher variants.

Inside the Renault KWID
The Renault KWID seems to carry the similar interior as was seen in the Nissan Micra. Though, at the same time when the design is the same, the specs would have a lot of introductions in this new set up. It acquires a fully digital instrumental panel, Media-NAV infotainment system, power windows and AC. Although the instrument panel, power windows and AC would be the regular features that would be standard in all of the KWID variants, while we assume the Media-NAV infotainment system might be reserved just for the higher versions.
Motor and the transmission of the KWID:
The motor is predicted to be an 800cc three-cylinder engine that would carry a capacity to churn out 50bhp and a torque of 90Nm over a 5-speed manual transmission. While there are reports of the car being equipped with an AMT as well. While diesel option is not on the cards for this small car, however there were reports of a CNG model coming up, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
Pricing Details:
The Renault KWID is expected to estimate their small entry level car to start from INR 3-4.5 Lakhs and once upon road, would complete with the other entry levels cars like the Chevrolet Spark, Tata Nano, Datsun Go and the Hyundai Eon.
The car is predicted to be rolled out during the festive corner in the country, most probably carrying an introductory offer to mark their hold in the market.
