Reliance car crash victim buys 40L Audi

Ruparel, the Victim in the Pedder Road accident case involving an Aston Martin earlier this month, she replaced her damaged AUDI A4 with the latest model AUDI A6, worth RS.40 LAKH .she has denied receiving any compensation as her car was completely damaged. And insurance company was ready to replace her damaged car with the new one. But She put some more money and replaced it with new AUDI A6. Ruparel said Reliance had not approached us for any compensation.

There is a controversy between the RTO official and Ruparel as License plate of new car (MH03 BJ 6666) is not yet registered with the transport department, it had not been allotted by wadala office. After investigation in RTO, TOI said it is illegal and we have issued a show cause notice. Car owner had paid Rs 70,000 for the special number 6666; the taxes may be paid through dealer.

Ruparel said, she is done with all the legal formalities and asked the RTO to register their vehicle in new year (4 January 2014), if there would be any issues regarding number plate, we will remove it once any notice arrives.

Ruparel has identified the Reliance ports driver who hits her AUDI A4 by Astin Martin; she refused to precede this case further as driver Bansilal Joshi has accepted in police station that the damaged to her car has been done by him only on 9th Dec. Police said, Bansilal Joshi was the accused.
