Maruti Swift Dzire and Ertiga bag 2013 India Design Mark award

India’s favourite and leading car manufacturer’s Maruti Swift Dzire and Ertiga prestigious India Design Mark: Good Design Award 2013. It worth mention that Maruti Swift Dzire and Ertiga are two high-performance and models from company that delivers better results than counterparts.

India Design Mark Award identifies product designers and products created as being well designed, trustworthy, credible, offering a true value for money and most importantly being manufactured in a skillful way.

This is second year in tandem, where Maruti Suzuki cars have been bestowed this award. Back in 2012, Maruti Suzuki Wagon R and Swift were winners of this prestigious award. Incidentally, both Dzire and Ertiga are among top-selling cars in terms of sales in industry. During 2012-13, both these models submitted handsomely to company’s top line helping Maruti Suzuki post a growth of over 4.4% in home market. Jury for India Design Mark comprises India’s leading design experts and senior faculty members of country’s pioneer design institutes.

India Design Mark has been started in association with Japan Institute of Design Promotion (JDP). Established in 1969, JDP contributes to promotion of several industrial activities, cultural improvement of daily life and wholesome development of society through encouragement of design. Good Design Award is a comprehensive program for evaluation and encouragement of design organized by Japan Institute of Design Promotion (JDP).
