Jaguar Land Rover to increase production in India

Following the launch of Evoque revamped version, Jaguar Land Rover is intending towards the expansion of their grasp in the domestic market of the country, hereby increasing the numbers produced by the brand, that are manufactured locally within the country. Other than this, Jaguar Land Rover has a plan to roll out the XE sedan that once rolled out, would give a tiff to the rest of the entry- level offerings floating out in the market, such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi and BMW. At the launch of Evoque revamped model, Mr. Rohit Suri, President, Jaguar Land Rover India was reported saying that the brand is looking towards procedures in order to be marked more spirited and visible at the same time, over localizing the cars, however the process would be initiated in phases and would take some time.

While it is quite evident that if the products reach in good numbers while carrying a modest price tag in our country, certainly the buyers would get attracted and the numbers in sale would surely go up. The company has a lineup of some of the greatest products namely the Range Rover Sport and the Range Rover. With localization in place, so the pricing could be tapped upon, while that would certainly make the brand more competitive, while opening the doors for some of the greatest options and opportunities that would be now covered. At the moment, XF, XJ, Discovery Sport and Evoque are made in India at Jaguar Land Rover’s Chikhali plant based out near Pune.
