Indian car sales post respectable growth in Dec 2014

Maruti Suzuki and Hyundai witnessing a double digit growth in car sales 2014 in India. It is very glad to know that the MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD AND HYUNDAI is the largest car maker. On 1 January is the highest growth in its sales in five months. Market leader Maruti Suzuki sold 98,109 units in the domestic market marking a 13 percent jump year-on-year. The company said that it exports at maruti more than 11682 cars from 4311 a year earlier. The second largest car maker sold 32504 units which were increased by 14.7 percent in December 2014 as compared to same month of last year.

There are so many manufactures are in global markets like MAHINDRA and TYOTA. Their sales rise by 5 percent and 10 percent respectively. The company sold their units 17311 and 11740 units respectively. But the general motor saw their sales- it is fall by 37 percent to 3619 units.

In Maruti Suzuki increasing of sales of last month there is another factor that was the healthy discount offered by manufacturers to clear inventory. In Maruti products like the swift, wagon R and alto Kio were sold out. We are very thankful to discounts and lower waiting period.
