DC Avanti launching The Sports Cars Next Month

DC Avanti is one the most anticipated launched of the year, specially being made in India for the first time. The concept was revealed at the Delhi Auto Expo in 2012, and all these three years, sports car fanatics have being eyeing on the same and now finally the brand is all set to mark the launch next month. Initially the cars would be delivered based on the booking sequence that means the car fans who have pre-booked the cars in advance would get the beauty machines first.

 

The brand has lined up around 25 models to be delivered to the awaiting customers, next month. The most interesting part it the brand has received around 762, confirmed bookings currently that really talks about sports car fanatics here in India.

 

Crafted by DC designs, Avanti scales to 4,550mm in length, 1,200mm tall, with a base clearance of 170mm, the car is reported to be the best sports car as per the Indian roads and conditions. The car’s body sports many carbon-fiber elements, customized by the brand’s in house engineers. The machine would get its power from a 2.0L Four-cylinder turbocharged dynamo, housed between the seat back and the rear wheels. The powerhouse would produce 248bhl and 241Nm of force. The engine is paired up with a 6-speed manual transmission.

 

Safety aspects like Anti-lock braking system (ABS), created by Continental, will be platered as standard equipment. The car is expected to be estimated between INR 25 lakh - 35 lakh; the total cost will gradually be decided by the level of customization buyers opt for. Moreover, people at DC Design say they do not wish for any two cars to look like each other, hence customers will be able to choose from a large palette of 40,000 exterior colors and 4,000 interior trim levels.
