BMW earns the Sales and Customer Satisfaction award in Indian luxury car segment
The BMW cars in India are the most preferred brand in luxury segment as they are into the Indian car market from a long time. Coincidentally for the first time one survey has been organized for the luxury car companies which is based on the on Sales Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction rating in the country.

Coincidentally for the first time one survey has been organized for the luxury car companies which is based on the on Sales Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction rating in the country.
Based on the survey reports BMW was awarded the highest rating in sales “Sales Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction”. The Award event was held at Shangri-La’s Eros Hotel in New Delhi. Mr. Philipp von Sahr, President, BMW Group India and Mr. Stephan Rausch, Director- After Sales, BMW Group India received the award on behalf of the BMW group from Mr. Gerrit Kuyntjes, Vice President and General Manager, JD Power Asia Pacific and Mr. Mohit Arora, Executive Director, JD Power Asia Pacific. The survey conducted was classified into two different segments – first the luxury and other is mass market. Record were carried out to check-on luxury car owners who have visited an authorized dealership service center with regards to maintenance or repair work that had been done between the first 12 to 24 months of ownership. BMW scored 892 in customer satisfaction, this was the highest score in comparison to other luxury car brands across the country.
