Audi Q7,testing on roads in India

One of the blog readers online have captured the Audi Q7 2015 relishing the taste of the Indian roads. The second generation Q7 has been spotted testing on the roads in Mumbai. The Q7 has been revealed at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year and is likely to be out in India by the year end. The machine is supposed to gets its power by the 3.0L V6 TDI dynamo, with a capacity of 272 hp.

 

The model in the shot is a TDI variant that would be offered to the Indian roads. The engine would have the capacity to pull out 272hp and 600 NM of Force. Along with a 8-speed auto-transmission sets an amazing wheel balance, all thanks to Audi Quattro AWD technology. Comparatively to the current running segment, the new machine is said to be 26 percent more efficient.

 

The better efficiency and the performance comes mainly because of the slimmer version of the car, after losing a hefty 325 kg, enhanced further by the MLB platform. The brand claims that due to the new add ons, the models sports an increased dexterity and a better balanced ride, when compared to the current running model. The new 3.0L engine would just need 6.3 seconds in order to hasten to 0-100km/h.

 

 

Inshore, the car is announced to have an elevated space even after the reduction in the outer area. The brand has been equipped with a virtual control panel (digital), MMI touch control, Android apple and Auto car play. A provision of tablets in the rear seat passengers in 3D audio. Once on roads the car would be facing off in a tiff with the current Volvo XC90, BMW X5, Mercedes Benz GL class, and it’s expected to be priced at INR 75-90 lakhs, ex showroom, to be seen only around late 2015.
