Audi launch The First Technical Service Center in India

Although it would be the seventh center in the Asian Pacific region, Audi India, sets in motion their first Technical center in India, to provide over the edge service for its Indian customer. The Indian Technical center would incorporate a workshop and a training center. The facility would be in terms with the Audi AG’s global standards. The facility is equipped with 3 climate controlled work areas, an analysis workshop that is supplied with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment’s and tools. The training facility is dressed up to organize boot camps for the company’s service technicians from all dealerships across the country.

 

 

This initiative is also a strategy from the company in order to get accustomed to the Indian buyers and their patterns. These observations would in turn help the brand to enhance its services and better products in order to serve the Indian market better in the course of time.

 

Audi has been able to get positive vibes from the Indian marker markedly, within the last few years.  As reported about the last financial year, the Brand has over-powered its rivals like the Mercedes-Benz and BMW for the second time consecutively topped the sales of luxury cars in the country.
