2014 Mercedes Benz E Class soft launched in India

The company has recently launched a new class, the E-class, named completely as ?2014 Mercedes Benz E Class?.

The leading brand of luxurious car maker Mercedes Benz is keeping at top of the market with its tremendous work in producing and launching marvelous cars one after the other. It is giving a continuous competition to its rivals. The company has recently launched a new class, the E-class, named completely as ‘2014 Mercedes Benz E Class’.

2014 Mercedes Benz had reached in Indian market on 25th June through ‘2013 Detroit Auto Show’. Although a soft launch was made by German Automaker at Buddh International Circuit three days before. It also previewed the A63 AMG high performance sedan. In soft launch no price was revealed for the car. Only a showcase was made to potential customers as part of driving experience called ‘Mercedes Corporate Star Experience’.

The car is blessed with furnished external appearance including four headlight designs which is resemblance of the E-Class since the W210 model from 1995. New LED headlamps are plotted with LED Daytime Running Lamps and new LED tail-lamp along with revised grille, front bonnet, tyres, fenders as well as bumper design. It can be said as a car with the skeleton of Mercedes with brand new skin. The E-class model is a burger model for Mercedes with over 800 models being sold in last quarter alone over India.

E-class is also renovated to give a dashing look from inside. It is featuring a new interior with redefined dashboard and gauges, plus new covering colors and combinations and paddle shifters with advanced 7-speed automatic transmission.

The E-class is present with two variants for engines- petrol and diesel. The model E-63 AMG has 5.5L V8 engine which produces power of 525PS and torque of 720Nm. The other model E-63 AMG S makes out 557PS power and 800Nm torque.

Looking to the few past decades of cars from Mercedes Benz, a deadly SUV was priced for Rs77.5 lakhs. After a good response to A-class, the consumers have liked equally the sports hatchback rating around Rs22.73 lakhs. And at the end of June, Mercedes Benz E-class is launched at price Rs41.5 lakhs.
