Just a quick recap, the brand introduced a Yamaha Saluto , being a commuter segment vehicle, out in the market, just lately in the about 60 days ago.
The Yamaha Saluto’s latest disc brake model, made its debut last week, carrying along four new exciting colors and visuals, such as Glory Green, Bold Blue, Dashing White and Majestic Red.The Yamaha Saluto is motorized by a 125 cc, four-stroke, solo-cylinder, carburetor-aided motor producing 8.2 bhp at 7,000 rpm and 10.1 Nm of force at 4,500 rpm. The motor is paired to a 4-speed manual gearing, a light weight technology carrying around 112 kg, it permits the Saluto to perform a fuel consumption of 78 km/L.
The Yamaha Saluto is grounded on a diamond case, and is measured 2,035 mm by length, 700 mm wide, 1,080 mm tall and 1,265 mm at wheelbase along with a ground clearance of 180 mm. It is outfitted with a 7.6-L fuel tank. The suspension system comprises of the usual telescopic fork at the fore and a swingarm for the back.The new Yamaha Saluto along with a disc brake at the fore is estimated at Rs. 54,500, price being an ex-showroom rate in the capital. The non-disc brake model, as per the company’s website, is estimated at Rs. 52,000, ex-showroom, in New Delhi.
