The company has managed to register an upsurge of 2 percent at the native two wheeler market in our country. As the Honda brand has sold nearly 3, 89, 626 units as compared to 3, 81, 411 units in the similar month over the previous year. The Honda company witnessed a decline in the motorbike segment in July by trading just about 1, 12, 037 units matched to 1, 48, 012 during the month of July in 2014. But surprising the brand has performed amazingly well at the scooters front by managing to sell across 2, 59, 344 units compared to the 2, 15, 965 units in the similar month in the previous year.
Honda Motors have also created a record of selling across most of the automated two-wheelers in one month. There is a slight increase in the exports as well, noting it down to 18,245 during the last month in 2015, contrasted to 17,434 units in the same moth, over the previous year. At present, the company is all engaged to roll out premium motorbikes that would attract the buyers from the luxury segment in the market. As it has been reported earlier as well, that the Honda CBR650 at Revfest that is scheduled for the 04th of August in Mumbai.
